Master Meter Installation As of June 22, 2023, bids received were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Location Clinton, Centre, Potter, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania The Contract involves the relocating the raw water screen basket to the water treatment plant and install a weir and measurement device at the Phillips Run Impoundment. Bid security must be provided at the time of bid submission in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to Millheim Borough in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by an accepted surety and executed by the bidder. The Performance and Payment Bonds shall be in the amount of 100% of the liability of the Contract.
