4 Modernization Projects - Cherokee and Adair Counties

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation will be accepting bids a modernization project of four (4) units located in Cherokee & Adair Counties. Work will be completed according to the work write-ups. The 4 units must be bid to be considered. These 4 projects must be fully completed within 21 working days or $100.00 per working day will be charged to the contractor for each day of extension over the presented construction end date. To be considered a responsive/responsible bidder, the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Bid Form must be fully completed. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Plastic Doors, Windows, Hardware, Glazing, Louvers and Vents.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Carpeting, Painting and Coating.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Toilet, Bath, and Laundry Accessories.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Residential Equipment, Residential Appliances.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Instrumentation and Control for Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment, Plumbing Fixtures, Residential Plumbing Fixtures.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Lighting.
Division 27 -	Communications, Structured Cabling.
