| Description | Delivery of liquid sodium hypochlorite for the period of May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2025. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided with the Bidding Documents. Attention of bidders is directed to the fact that the District is not required to pay Federal Excise or State Sales Tax. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud during the course of business. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty (40) days following said opening. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, and determine the lowest and best bid for the quantity of liquid sodium hypochlorite to be purchased during the contract period. |
