Description

The purpose of this project is to upgrade the existing HVAC equipment at Building 12007 (Patriot Inn). The existing system consists of two air handlers (AHU-1 and 2), one make-up air unit (MAU-1), two condensing units (ACC-1 and 2), one boiler (B-1), and one hot-water storage tank. All equipment will be replaced in kind except for the boiler, which shall have increased capacity. Existing piping and ductwork shall be demolished and replaced as necessary to install new equipment.
