The larger bin will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recycling collection program. to establish a contract for the purchase of approximately sixteen thousand (16,000) plastic recycling bins and lids. high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic of a single molded design with a handle on each side. The Bins will have a capacity of twenty-two (22) gallons, and be rate tested up to fifty (50) pounds. |
