| Description | Hall Roof Replacement A five percent (5%) corporate Bid Bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on construction contracts that exceed $20,000.00 in accordance with ACA 22-9-203. Bidders must comply with all requirements of Contractors Licensing Laws of the State of Arkansas, Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and Arkansas Code 22-9-204 section 3.6(a). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. Proposals which fail to comply fully with any provision of the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents will be considered invalid and will not receive consideration.
