| Description | For Painting and Sheetrock Repair for a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year optional renewals for a total of five (5) years. All proposals submitted by mail will be collected at the above mailing address, on the day mentioned above and held unopened at the office of Decatur Housing Authority. At that time, they will be opened with those that have been hand-delivered. Faxed Proposals are not acceptable. Please address all questions regarding this RFP to Karen Atchley, Technical Services Coordinator at 404-270-2108 or kka@decaturha.org. The Firms submitting proposals or being considered for this project shall be licensed to perform such work by the State of GA in which the work is to be performed and shall submit evidence of such license before his/her proposal may be opened or considered. Decatur Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of the proposal without the consent of the Housing Authority. |
