Town Wide Trash Pickup

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Wolcott Indian, acting through the Town Council, will receive sealed bids for the following project (the "Project"): Town Wide Trash Pickup 450 Residents/Businesses Bidders submitting bids will be informed of the results of all the bid proposals by a tabulated bid form following award of all contracts. Bid must be made on Form 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts. Each Bidder shall submit with their bid a financial statement, a statement of experience, a proposed plan for performing the Project, the equipment he or she has available for the performance of the Project, a non- collusion affidavit and a certified check in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or a satisfactory commercial bond to guaranty performance on contract. Bidders not able to meet the specifications are encouraged to bid but must specify any deviation from specifications. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the one in their judgment to be in the best interest to the Town of Wolcott
