Infrastructure Improvements, North Campus Phase 2 - Electrical Upgrades

The work of this single bid project includes medium voltage electrical upgrades work throughout the campus. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Modifications to existing campus substation. 15kV cable installation on North Campus. Building transformer replacements to upgrade voltage from 4.8kV to 13.2kV for all North Campus buildings. Replacement of 15kV loop switches in select buildings on North Campus. Replacement of low voltage switchgear in select buildings on North Campus. Minor ductbank installation on North Campus. Reconfiguration of existing dual radial system to loop system on South Campus. Contract term: 800 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed Location: Work will be performed at SUNY Brockport. Bids will be opened at SUCF offices in Albany, NY.
