| Description | Roadway Improvements to pave two (2) existing roads within Aiken County, approximately 0.75 miles of Bent Arrow Road and 0.19 miles of Wooden Drive. This work shall generally consist of grading the existing dirt roadway, installing a graded aggregate base course and paving with a Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course Type C. The improvements will also include the installation of new roadside swales along Bent Arrow Road and a new storm sewer drainage system for Wooden Drive. | ||||||
