Patching, Finishing, Painting of Walls at Human Services Building

1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to mud and finish new wall, as specified in the attached drawings, three interior window spaces that have been enclosed and any other abnormalities found on walls. 2. Patch and finish all necessary walls. 1st Floor Wing is approximately 6210 sf., Second Floor Wing is approximately 3394 sf. Please reference Attachment 1 - Layout/Plans. 3. Sand and stain all existing wooden door frames to match new doors. 4. Paint all metal door frames with oil-based paint to match existing. 5. Prime and paint all walls to ensure coverage. This will possibly require two or more coats of paint. The specified color for the paint is Santa’s Beard. The finish is semigloss. 6. Prime and paint cabinets to ensure coverage. 7. Sand and stain window frames to match new door frames. 8. Install and stain chair-rail in all conference rooms and corridors to match new doors. 9. To Remove all debris left over.
