Base bid shall consists of the installation of 16 T- liners, 8 Short Lateral Liners (mainline diameter varies from 8" to 21"), 18 cleanouts (without excavation), 87 lateral seals, 6 straight liners, 9 point repairs, and traffic control, and all other related work. The Additive Alternate 1 consists of installing additional 15 laterals if needed
