Social Services Building Upgrades

The work includes but is not limited to: siding repair/replacement, window replacement, tuckpointing, exterior/interior painting, soffit and trim repair, gutter replacement, door hardware replacement, flooring replacement/repair, and lighting replacement. The work of two alternate includes 1. Site prep, procurement and installation of a prefabricated exterior restroom structure including design build services for the connection of the utilities AND 2. Design build services for the replacement of the existing HVAC equipment. Existing sheathing is expected to be in good condition and able to be reutilized in place. The City is asking for a lump sum base bid with pricing of (2) alternates as indicated and unit pricing for unforeseen damaged sheathing replacement.
