Blue Mountain Reservation Picnic Pavilion

Plans call for renovation of two existing group picnic areas and creates a new area with a pavilion where the existing lakeside bathhouse (to be demolished) is located. The project includes all associated infrastructure and site work for these improvements. As of October 26, 2020, the budget plan for the next fiscal year which has been formally approved by a majority vote of the County Board of Legislators. The Westchester County Board of Legislators will receive the proposed Capital Budget and the proposed Operating Budget and are charged with passing the County Budget by the end of December 2020. Information regarding design firm and general contractor selection timeline not been disclosed. A construction timeline has not been released.
