Description The Base of work includes dredging shoal material from Horseshoe Cove and a portion of the Turning Basin and disposal of material into the designated upland disposal facility. The required depth for Horseshoe Cove is 6 feet with one foot of allowable over-depth. Work also includes environmental species observers, turbidity monitoring, bird monitoring, sea turtle trawl sweeping and relocation, mobilization, and operation and maintenance of the disposal area at the direction of the Contracting Officer. Option A consists of maintenance dredging the remaining Horseshoe Cove Turning Basin.
