Downtown Saint Paul Traffic Signal Optimization

Engineering firms to provide services in support of the City’s Downtown Traffic Signal Enhancements Project. The selected Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing traffic signal operations for the Downtown Saint Paul area. The selected Consultant shall provide optimized traffic signal timing plans for approximately 120 signalized intersections within the study area. The study area for this project shall include all traffic signals within the area bounded by and including 12th Street, Robert Street, University Avenue, Jackson Street, TH 94, E. 7th Street, Maria Avenue, Kellogg Boulevard, Sibley Street, Shepard/Warner Roads, Smith Avenue, Kellogg Boulevard, Marion Street, St. Anthony Avenue and Rice Street.
