Description

Procure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Recommissioning and Energy Optimization Services. Recommissioning and Energy Optimization Services include expert analysis, Test and Balancing (TAB) procedures, design review, modifications, minor repairs & recommendations for optimal energy savings. The Contractor shall travel to selected AFB facilities throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska and Hawaii. They shall evaluate HVAC and control systems to resolve temperature, humidity, pressurization, energy waste and indoor air quality issues to ensure each HVAC system is operating at peak energy efficiency with the objective of enabling long term energy consumption reduction (2.5% over 10 years based on a 2015 baseline).
