| Description | Danville Main Street Streetscape Lighting Package Question Deadline- 13/09/2022 The city reserves the right to refuse or reject any submittals for any reason or for no reason whatsover, the city will accepet the best evaluated proposal and the criteria for evaluation the proposal. Purchase of: Architectural Street-Light(s) complete assembly to be installed by the City as described in the attached specifications. Bids will be received from contractors on a lump sum basis for the total project including delivery. The Vendor shall include the following fixtures: 1. Breakaway Fixture Totals--And Collar Totals needed to cover breakaway hardware: a. Bollards 52 b. Cafe Lights 6 c. Roadway/Ped Combo 11 d. Pedestrian Lights 5 2. Lighting Fixture Total: a. Bollards 59 b. Cafe Lights 8 c. Roadway/Ped Combo 23 d. Pedestrian Lights 26 All components to the assemblies shall be bid to and through the primary vendor. Bids shall be submitted in the manner fully described and on official company forms. |
