Description

Provide general construction and construction administration services to remodel Twindly Bridge Charter School. This project will be a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) project where the contractor will collaborate with the selected design team to complete the design prior to construction. Work will include all general contracting and subcontractor trades including but not limited to general construction, earthwork, mechanical, electrical, and specialty systems.
