Description

The building at 1881 Pierce St is a single story building with a basement that was built in 1972. A single story addition was added in 1983 for a total building gross square footage of 119,502 sqft. The building has not received major repairs or renovation to its restrooms since its original construction. Consequently, the restrooms are in need of complete rehabilitation to comply with current ADA requirements and evolving tenant programmatic needs. Project is to gut and remodel 8 restrooms and provide barrier free ADA access to meet current codes.
