Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

Cleaning the complete hood, filters, filter plenum, filter holders, fans and turbines, and interior of all horizontal and vertical duct work. Lubrication of motors, serviceable parts on fan, and service for preventive maintenance. Covering of all exposed kitchen equipment during the cleaning process. Cleaning of the kitchen equipment and the area exposed to the cleaning process when completed. Return of all equipment to its original location if moved for cleaning. The contractor shall supply all of the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to properly clean the kitchen exhaust systems. Repair and/or replacement costs for Columbus City School property damaged during the cleaning process shall be the responsibility of the contractor. The cleaning of all 75 exhaust systems between Monday, June 28 and Monday August 2, 2021 during normal working hours which consist of 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Each hood must be tagged with the current date of maintenance.
