Anoka Ramsey Toilet and Ablution Room Renovation

This is the renovation of two bathrooms and one ablution room. We will take down the existing partitions, wall tile and floor tile, build out the toilet spaces to be ADA compliant, and renew all of the fixture and finishes. Site Directions: 11200 Mississippi Blvd. Coon Rapids, MN 55433 : This Project consists of the renovation of approximately 350 sf of interior renovation to replacing aging interior finishes and provide accessibility improvements within existing toilet rooms. Toilet room scope includes new fixtures, finishes, lighting, toilet partitions, and doors. This project also will replace finishes, fixtures and lighting within an existing ablution room. The project involves selective removal of existing interior partitions, installation of new partitions, installation of new doors and frames and replacement of existing ceilings and flooring materials, and replacement/relocation of plumbing fixtures. Project Scope: Project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Interior finish and fixture replacement of approximately 3000 sf Removal and reconfiguration of toilet partitions Patch and paint existing gypsum board ceilings Removal and replacement of existing ceramic tile flooring systems Installation of new hollow metal frames and wood doors Installation of new plumbing fixtures to replace existing New lighting systems in renovated areas
