Fourth Street Reconstruction Project

Fourth Street Reconstruction. The Fourth St Reconstruction project is a City of Flagstaff roadway reconstruction project that will extend the complete street section, travel and turn lanes, bikes lanes, curb and gutter, parkway, and sidewalk/FUTS trail, from the Fourth St. Bridges over I-40 to a point south of Sparrow Ave. The project includes installation of approximately 735 feet of 12-inch PVC waterline and 380 feet of 8-inch PVC waterline. Work also includes new signals (pedestrian and traffic) at the Soliere Ave. intersection, including construction of a fourth “leg” of the intersection. Project work will occur on Fourth Street. primarily between Soliere Avenue. and Sparrow Avenue. This summary is not a comprehensive account of the work.
