Description

The project consists of the replacement of the majority of existing HVAC system. The project consists of systemically replacing HVAC equipment with limited disruption to existing systems, ceiling systems, etc. The building will be undergoing a future renovation where the existing ceiling systems may be replaced, and room layouts maybe modified. The intent is to provide flexibility in the proposed system to be easily reused and adapted to for the future renovation work. Project will be in an occupied building requiring extended hours of work. Project schedule is 500 days. Project budget is $9-Mil to $ 11-mil).
