Lehman College of The City University of New York intends to procure the services of a General Contractor to provide all all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove an existing air handling unit and install a Daikin Air Handling Unit at Lehman College, Davis Hall Located at 250 Bedford Park Blvd. West, Bronx, NY 10468 pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State business certified pursuant to Article 15-A and Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law.
