Wastewater Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Upgrade

The Project consists of various upgrades, replacements, and construction at the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant and two additive schedules of work for the two lift stations, located on 3rd Street and 6th Avenue. The Work shall be substantially complete within 100 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Pe Ell" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal DavisBacon wage rates
