Description Work Locations: 1. 2nd Street and Grace Parking Garage 2. 5th Street and Marshall Parking Garage 3. 7th Street and Marshall Parking Garage 4. Coliseum Parking Garage Parking Garage Repairs project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to architectural, electrical, mechanical and elevator work. The project sites are identified as: 1. Second and Grace Street Parking Garage - repairs to existing strucutre and parking barriers 2. Fifth and Marshal Parking Garage - repairs to existing structure and replacement of archetectural pre-cast parapet caps. 3. Colesium Parking Garage - strucutral repairs of the existing parapet cap including removal and reinstallation of parapet mounted architectural features. 4. Shockoe Plaza Parking Garage - installation of new code compliant parking barriers. The project is for a period of 200 consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Construction shall be concurrent in all buildings simultaneously.
