Description | Solar Energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) at the Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) No Proposals will be accepted after the time and date specified. The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (ABCWUA) is seeking Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) proposals from the solar industry to design, install, interconnect, own, operate and maintain a covered parking photovoltaic solar array(s) that will most effectively and efficiently offset the usage at their Raw Water Pump Station (RWPS) and that provides the best value/lowest levelized cost of energy to ABCWUA. The proposal is to also include two level 3 dual port electric vehicle fast chargers. Chargers will be located on the west side of the site near the existing handicapped parking stalls. All PPA pricing shall include turn-key total costs for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, operations, and maintenance for a term of 30 years or other cost-effective terms. The engineering, equipment, construction, interconnection, and commissioning of the solar array shall comply with PNM's current interconnection requirements as well as the current New Mexico Interconnection Manual. The Offeror shall include in its proposal all elements and costs necessary for a turnkey project including any applicable rebates, applications, grid interconnection agreement, production monitoring requirements (including the NM Balancing Authority), all permits and approvals from governing agencies and all labor, taxes, services, and equipment to provide solar energy to ABCWUA. All fees required by all jurisdictions shall be the responsibility of the PPA provider/Offeror. Some Forms are Online Only and can be found at the Supplier Portal. |
