| Description | The DeSoto County School District will receive Request for Proposals (RFPs) for a 2023 E-Rate Category 2 Products and Services For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please contact at 225-810-4814. prebid meeting description - The purpose of this meeting is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification of the requirements of the bid documents and to tour the schools that will require new structured cabling. Because the DeSoto County School District considers the meeting to be critical to understanding the bid requirements for cabling, attendance is mandatory in order to qualify as a bidder for the CABLING Portion of the RFP. Proposals from cabling vendors who do not attend the pre-bid conference WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible bidder whose proposal is determined after evaluation by the DeSoto County School District to be the best value to the DeSoto County School District. The DeSoto County School District reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. |
