| Description | The electronic gate maintenance, and equipment replacement repair services contract consist of: a.1. Three (3) year gate maintenance, repair and equipment replacement contract to service twelve (12) existing electronic gates. a.2. All maintenance services are to be performed on a quarterly basis on date approved by Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC). Price for quarterly service does not include repairs or parts. a.3. Quarterly services include: oil and cleaning of each gate. a.4. Cleaning of gate rail system as well as inspection for repairs. a.5. Testing of all access control pads at gate entrance and exit. a.6. Testing of access control panels a.7. Inspection of all wiring of the gate system. a.8. Removal of all trash along and around gate rail system. |
