The Work, North Higgins Lake State Park, includes, but is not necessarily limited to Building related hazardous materials abatement, building demolition and site preparation work for construction of a new heated, toilet shower building. Site work includes utility installations to support the new building, grading, paving (HMA and Concrete), campsite installations and electrical installations to update power to existing and new campsites, along with all associated soil erosion control and site restoration. The site is located at 11747 N. Higgins Lake Drive, Roscommon, MI 48653.
