Description | As of December 2022, the project is in design. Rights of-way will be discussed city staff and planners in October 2022 and voted on by the City Council in November. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2023. The developer expects to bid select packages in early 2023 and multiple general contractors will be selected. Phase A1, at the northern end of the Village, will consist of infrastructure work on 103rd Street and Antioch, two mixed-use residential/retail buildings, a grocery store, retail/restaurants and usable green space. Phase A2, between phases A1 and A3, is designed for a boutique hotel, additional restaurant and green space, and two office sites. Phase A3, at the southern end of the Village, includes two large office sites, two smaller office spaces, a 350-room hotel and a 10-story residential building. A mixed-use building called 510 North will be the first to see vertical construction. It will include 317 apartments and 12,596 square feet of first-floor retail.
