Heavy civil construction of approximately 1,700 linear feet of roadway. Street construction and grading. Utility installation. Detention pond and concrete waterways. Grading shall be completed to six inches (6") below the listed finished grade elevations shown on the plans to allow for placement of six inches (6") of topsoil at a future date. Placement of six inches (6") of topsoil is NOT included in the contract. Coordination of installation of private utilities (power, gas, communications) with owner, utility companies and city shall be provided. This shall include mainlines, services and wooden pole streetlights by Northwestern Energy. Work shall include all labor, equipment, and materials
