Burgess Group Drainage Restoration Project

All bids shall be accompanied with a bid bond, certified check or make a deposit of money or a letter of credit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Contractor's bid, as a guaranty that said bidder will sign the contracts for the performance of the contracts signed as required by law: said bonds must be drawn on a reliable company. Bonds shall be signed by an agent from a firm licensed to do business in the State of Ohio. Said firm name shall be shown also. Uncompleted bonds shall cause bid forfeiture. All contracts shall be signed and bonds perfected and returned within ten (10) working days of Commissioners awarding. The Board of County Commissioners of Allen County, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. By order of the Board of County Commissioners, Allen County, Ohio. All items considered negotiable for non-performance items. Construction work may commence on or after May 1, 2023 and completed by October 1, 2023.
