Required features to be surveyed shall include but is not limited to: Existing features/utilities that are exposed below grade Not-in-service or abandoned existing features/utilities that are exposed below grade Existing utility service lines (both residential and commercial) that are exposed below grade New or relocated features/utilities installed below grade by the Contractor New or relocated utility service lines (both residential and commercial) installed below grade by the Contractor New or relocated features/utilities installed below grade by the Department (e.g., traffic signal lines, ITS fiber optic lines) Any other features as directed by the Engineer. D264879, pin 581379, fa proj y001-5813-793, erie, niagara cos., pavement markings - various locations, bid deposit: 5% of bid (~ $200,000.00) This project will replace durable pavement markings that have deteriorated due to maintenance operations (plowing, patching, etc.) and/or wear due to high traffic volumes at various locations in erie & niagara county. The current status of the project is in development. The bid opening is expected to be in fall 2022. Construction is expected to begin in winter 2022/2023. Construction is expected to be completed in winter 2023/2024. This project is located in the western new york region and includes the following: Counties Niagara Erie Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the nys department of transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form conr 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
