| Description | This solicitation is for a one-time purchase to procure the services for the Green Cove Pond excavation project. Green Cove Pond is currently empty and 500 in place cubic yards of soil will be excavated from the Pond bottom. The excavated material will be stockpiled and stabilized. Soil quantities will be measured by using the transfer truck's payload capacity x 80% and an expansion factor of 30% for excavated soils.
