The combined City of Hartford and Hartford Public Schools network comprises over eighty sites and 26,000+ nodes (20,000+ Devices and nearly 6,000 IP telephones and IOT devices). Sites connect by Ten or Forty Gigabit Ethernet over dark fiber, with a number of small sites served by cable modem. MHIS provides a full range of IT services to its sponsoring organizations, ranging from Help Desk and PC support to telephony, data networking, security, enterprise applications and end-user training. |
