Services: Type 3 Slurry Seal at Various Locations in the Town of Quartzsite Quartzsite Contact: Emmett Brinkerhoff, Public Works Director (928) 927-4333 ext. 201 ebrinkerhoff@quartzsiteaz.org Work Summary: The Town of Quartzsite seeks the preparation and installation of type 3 slurry seal at the locations and on the dates designated by the Director of Public Works of the Town of Quartzsite (Services). The Services shall conform to Maricopa Association of Governments Standard Detail Section 332 unless otherwise directed by the Director of Public Works. Quartzsite will provide the water required for the preparation of the slurry seal and will be responsible for the cleaning and sweeping of the roadway before the slurry seal application. The term of the contract will commence upon the issuance of a Notice to Proceed and continue through June 30, 2023. Right to Reject Bids: The Town of Quartzsite reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the Award for any reason the Town of Quartzsite deems appropriate.
