Central High School Boys Locker Room Renovation

DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment for the renovation of two locker rooms, and associated spaces. The work will include interior finishes throughout all areas - fluid applied flooring in main spaces, epoxy paint throughout; minor modifications to the HVAC system, domestic water pipe replacement and associated ceiling replacement; replacement of plumbing fixtures and toilet partitions, replacement of hollow metal doors and hardware; replacement of lighting fixtures. Repair and repainting of existing lockers and of existing hollow metal door frames. Renovation of existing Janitor's Closet to a future Laundry. The work will include modification to electrical and plumbing, as well as interior finishes throughout the room. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Due to new safety protocols, visitors must enter the Administration Building through Door 1 located on the east side of the building. Each person MUST present a valid district-issued ID or drivers license to obtain a visitors pass. This process may take 3 to 5 minutes per person. Bids will be collected, time and date stamped upon entry. Bidders will be assembled as a group until the official bid time is called; then collectively convene in the appointed place for the public opening.
