Parking Lot Resurfacing and Painting

Scope of Work/Specific Tasks. Non-Personal Service. Contractor shall provide all plant, trained labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and quality control necessary to successfully accomplish the following: A. Pressure wash all parking and drive areas to be resealed to include the boat bay area. B. Remove all organic debris from cracks and building edges. C. Fill and repair all cracks and pot holes in existing asphalt paving including boat barn. D. Fill and seal edges where pavement intersects building. E. All oil stain spots to be sealed with a petro-bond. F. Seal coat all asphalt paved areas with 7% Polymer Fortified Heavy Duty Coal Tar Emulsion to meet specification GSA-FSS RP335D with 3-4 pounds of silica sand per gallon and applied at the rate of 1/6 gallon per square yard. G. Restripe and relabel parking spaces in accordance with existing scheme. H. Replace up to 70 parking stops. Painted in yellow or Blue for handicapped. I. Stripe boat barn with yellow striping as marked. J. Paint existing curbing in front of building in yellow. k. Remove all debris from site.
