Basketball Court Installation Project

This is a federally assisted project. Contractors and subcontractors performing work under this advertisement are bound by the requirements of President's Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986; the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. The Contractor's attention is called to the "Equal Opportunity Clause" which states: During the performance of this contract, the contractor agrees as follows: (1) The contractor will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, and the goals and timetables for minority and female participation in each trade and to the fact that not less than minimum wages set forth in the contract documents must be paid. The City of Catlettsburg, through its Mayor, reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Catlettsburg.
