Description

Plan preparation, excavation of soil, offsite disposal of contaminated material, placement and injection of bio stimulation material and submission of documents. The environmental remediation of roughly 12,000 square feet of contaminated soils. The current estimate is for 4,103 BCY of soil to be remediated. Due to a high water table, it is likely that dewatering will be required. In-situ remediation is required in a designated area. The intent is to start and complete the work during the dry season. Sound Transit is completing a NEPA environmental review with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
