Rebid - Chula Vista Flooring Replacement

Deadline for Questions Date: March 27, 2023 Project comprises labor and services necessary for: Remove existing flooring, base and any other loose underlayment from shown areas and replace with new flooring, base and floor transitions as shown in attached drawings. Contractor shall take delivery of flooring directly from manufacturer and store flooring in acceptable controlled warehouse location and deliver on site as required per phasing of installation. Contractor will obtain ownership of said materials over the duration of the project, remaining materials will be delivered to facility at the end of the project. Owner will facilitate coordination of delivery of said materials from manufacturer. In the manner and time prescribed in the approved Drawings dated April 21, 2022, Project Manual, and such addenda thereto as may be issue prior to bid opening date; including furnishing all material, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary therefor and incidental thereto, complete and ready for use, except as hereinafter otherwise provided. ** Owner will furnish all vinyl flooring planks only. ** License required to bid the project: Class "C-15" - Flooring and Floor Covering. Work can be performed under a licensed sub-contractor; they must be identified on Bid Form 00 41 00 page 2 Contractors license number.
