General Repair Services - Air Conditioning

As of July 22, 2022, project was awarded to awarded to AC Service Doral, Inc., but awarded amount is not available. The Village of Pinecrest reserves the right to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Village or to waive any informality in any proposal. The Village may reject any or all proposals and re-advertise. The Village of Pinecrest, Florida is inviting the submission of proposals from qualified firms to furnish all material, labor, and equipment in performing all operations necessary in connection with general HVAC repair services for the Village of Pinecrest. Work includes general HVAC repair services for Village Hall, Police Department, Pinecrest Gardens, Pinecrest Community Center and all Parks as detailed in the Request for Proposals. The Village reserves the right to retain all Proposals submitted and to use any ideas contained in a Proposal, regardless of whether that firm is selected.
