Ponderosa Community Stabilization Project

Qualified firm(s) interested in providing contractor services in connection with the Ponderosa Community Stabilization Project, the “Project” as herein outlined. The city proposes to retain one or more highly qualified, capable firms to act as Contractor for initial replacement of infrastructure as outlined in the Tec Docs referred to as Phase 1 with the potential to extend to additional phases. Phase I of this project includes the installation of the following infrastructure and improvements: • 10th and Cherry connections and sidewalks; • New access point at Cherry and 10th; • Connection to existing access point at Rosewood Avenue; • Trees, drives and landscaping for 12 new housing units; • North-South roadway improvements (paving, walks, curb/gutter/pans) including new water and sewer mains and fire hydrant; • Temporary paved access along North property line (using approximately existing access road); • New wastewater and domestic water service including new hookups to new homes AND existing mobile homes; • Stormwater detention and water quality for full buildout of community; • Storm sewer connection to city system utilizing existing offsite easement; • New electric service to new homes (no gas service to new homes); • New mailboxes and communication board; • New fire hydrants, fire access, adequate fire turnaround; • Small park along creek with wishing well.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
