Kinston FMS 18 Repave Parking Asphalt

a) The area under consideration for FDR (Full Depth Reclamation) and Paving comprises approx. 8,192 sq.yds. of deteriorated pavement. b) Mill out 3”, mix soils approx. 12” with Portland cement and mix per spec. of 55 lbs. per sq. yd. c) Mix soils with injected water, pad foot and smooth drum roll, keeping grade such that surface water is directed to existing drainage areas d) Hydrate soils until paved e) Overlay and machine roll to a smooth finish with 3” of surface asphalt 9.5B in (2-1 ½” lifts) f) Taper edges for smooth transitions as needed g) Contractor will sweep and restripe parking lot as per existing layout using Thermoplastic striping. h) All areas will be barricaded during and after the repair process.
