Description

The City of Walla Walla Engineering Division is requesting design engineering proposals for three (3) separate pavement preservation projects. The City's intent through this solicitation is to select a single consultant to design two (2) federal aid projects, contracted through two (2) WSDOT federal aid consultant agreements, and one (1) City project through the City's standard Professional Services Contract. The federal aid projects are funded by grants through the National Highway System (NHS) Asset Management program. The NHS projects are 2 nd Avenue (Birch to Howard) and Rose Street (Park to Carey). The City preservation project streets and funding are not yet finalized.
