Renovation of the Starling and Swift CILAS (Community Integrated Living Arrangement )

Renovation of the Starling and Swift CILAs Ray Graham Association Women and minority owned businesses and section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to bid All bids to be accompanies by a Bid Bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check, payable to Ray Graham Association for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid RAY GRAHAM ASSOCIATION (901 WARRENVILLE ROAD, SUITE 500, LISLE, IL 60532) WILL RECEIVE SEALED PROPOSALS FOR RENOVATION OF THE Starling and Swift CILAS to be let as a single contract. Each contractor is required to provide a 5% Bid bond, payable to Ray Graham Association, with the submittal of each bid. The successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount equal to 100% of the Contract sum as a security for the faithful performance of this Contract, and a Labor and Mechanical Payment Bond in an amount of not less than 100% of the Contract sum as a security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the Project under this Contract and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract. Ray Graham Association has the right to reject any and all bids and waive minor irregularities in any bid.
