KING COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM Invitation to Bid Elevators Preventative Maintenance Service The King County Library System ("KCLS" or "Owner") is one of the top three largest circulating libraries in the United States. Located in the Puget Sound area, KCLS serves over one million residents at its 50 community libraries and with its Outreach services. Established in 1942, KCLS is a special purpose taxing district that is governed by a seven-member Board of Trustees and operates under the constitution and laws of the State of Washington. The King County Library System invites qualified vendors to submit a bid for: Multiple Library Elevators Preventative Maintenance Service This is a three (3) year contract with an option to renew for two (2) one (1) year extensions. If you have any questions, please email purchasing@kcls.org Selected firm must comply with the Owner's insurance requirements, Small Works Procedures and Prevailing Wages Rates requirements. King County Library System reserves the right to reject any and all quotations for any reason or no reason, to waive informalities and irregularities, to reject any quote not confirming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents.
