Renovation of RMTC PEC Building 2602 at Camp Robinson located in North Little Rock, Arkansas for the Military Department of Arkansas PR A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidders deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Lewis Architects. A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00.
